BugsLog InIt won't remember the device, so you'll have to receive a text message almost every time to log in. There's a bunch of problems where sometimes it just won't let you log in or clock in or out sometimes, usually just in. I don't think there's been a full week where this app had no issues. I've used this for 2 different jobs, and had the same problems. These problems have been happening for at least 3-4 years with no fix.... This happens to all my coworkers, even my managers.

I have had very few issues with this app, approaching two years of use. It takes a few seconds to load in all the modules, but compared to other apps that do similar functions (like certain banking apps) I think it is relatively fast and responsive. The most important aspect is the punch in/out button and it is loaded on the main page by default. Other pages are not hard to find and can be further configured to personal preference.

BugsCustomer ServiceThe customer service has a lot to be desired. As a property manager, I would expect the interface to be easier to use and I certainly expected their customer service team to be more engaged in problems. Instead it's a constant back and forth of email this person, no call this person, no email this person, no now you have to call again. And the wheel keeps spinning.
