2024 review: Similar problems as last year. Going to the website on our not-so-smart LG TV, the app is slow and buffers often. The menu system is crude and requires lots of scrolling through the various games. Unable to filter for a country/team, men/women, date, location or any other useful method; just lots of horizontal scrolling and that’s very time-consuming. If we don’t watch an entire game replay, it sometimes remembers where we stopped it and sometimes doesn’t. Recently learned VB TV will only let you logon on two devices at a time. 2023 review: Really having trouble getting the app to work reliably. It tries to get me to subscribe, and when I do, it says my subscription expires in 6 months. Then it connects me to a live game, but only briefly. After a minute of watching a live game, it pops up with something like “This is not available in your area”. What? I’m not using a VPN, so why won’t it work? I live in Texas, but traveling in California at the moment, but that shouldn’t matter. So, it’s really buggy software in terms of dependable user authentication.

On Apple TV, please update the app to: - replace the onscreen forward button with the physical forward button that’s already on the Apple TV remote! Don’t make sense to have the user navigate to an onscreen forward button then tap when there is already a forward button on the remote. - 30 seconds of forward and rewind is too much. If you forward 30 seconds, you’ve missed the next play! Reduce it to 10, maybe 15 seconds max. Do you guys even try using the app?! If you do, you’ll find 30 seconds is a bad user experience.

This app is great until you need any help. I have had a subscription for a couple of years but have lost access to my login info. I have tried multiple times to email their “help” address and gotten no response. However I am absolutely still being charged for their services. I will likely be contacting my financial institution to dispute these charges now since I can’t get help and can’t login to watch. Really disappointed in what was a great app.
