Why does the link that your verification email opens not work. Every time I have tried to log in, it sends a verification email with a link that I can access. But when I go to click the button on the link that opens your app, the button doesn't do anything. This one issue has locked me out of my account for a month now. Edit: You told me to talk via the live chat to fix my issue. I CAN'T ACCESS THE APP TO GET TO THE LIVE CHAT. How am I supposed to get on the internal live chat for your app?

Terrible customer service. Youre lucky to get a hold of support and then once you leave the convo, you can't go back. They denied service to my debit card out of nowhere. I've been using this app for over a year and have had a few problems along the way, and just recently they blocked my access to using their service via debit card, and that's the only way I have been able to use the app. So due to that I removed all of my holdings and replaced it with a place that actually accepts my money.

Have been trying to open an account for two days. Went thru all the necessary steps. I got to the part where they send a code, I put the code in, it says incorrect code, eventually locks me out. Thus far i haven't been able to find a way to fix this issue. It appears I will need to move on to another app. Definitely not a usable app. After reading the reviews, I am glad this app didn't work for me, it obviously has serious issues, and some of the issues appear to be deliberate.
