I mostly like the app, but it's often inaccurate, which is frustrating. I shouldn't be able to order something, get to the store to pick it up, and half of what I ordered isn't available, especially when diff DD store menus vary. There's been less times the app told me a store didn't have something than the app letting me order it and the store telling me they're actually out. And they can't just refund you at the window either

The pay through the app function glitches. It has happened twice now that I go to pay using the app, there is plenty of money in the Dunkin account based on what is listed, but when they scan it, it won't pay the whole bill. Both times, it has left under $1 to be paid, despite there being enough money in there. Both times after that happened, the pay with the app function wouldn't work, and then all of a sudden, my account was drained to zero. So the money that I had loaded just disappeared.

What used to be the gold standard in mobile food apps has turned into a bloated, confusing mess. I just accidentally placed an order before I was finished, and when it appeared that I could modify after the fact it instead placed a second order! The UI is absolutely horrible and feels less ke they just kept layering stuff on without proper end-user testing. If I could give it zero stars I would.
