It was working at first, now it's sending me through a neverending cycle of logging me out and logging back in. I have 2 child profiles and when I want to switch profiles to another child, I receive an error message that something went wrong and to ask a grown-up for help. Then I have to through the whole password process AGAIN!! I can't get back in! It's the most frustratjng experience ever because it's an unending loop and I don't know how to break it. Seriously FB?! What is this???

It used to be a great app!...until it wasn't the whole time I've had kids messager it has always had some sort of problem, like when I would call it would turn my screen black so I couldn't show who ever I was calling with something, also when I send a photo to my friends it goes white and also doesn't allow me to save it. Recently I haven't been able to send ANY photos and my texts haven't been going through maybe it's just my tablet I thought but it happens to my friend with a different tablet

I have 2 kids. One account I haven't been able to access for a couple of months now. The other child's account has now suddenly stopped working when I try to login. It says to ask a grown-up for help. When I enter my password and select the account, it takes me to the "ask grownup for help" message again. It stays on that cycle now for both children. Also, I had a very difficult time doing the video calls from ringing on my phone. Can't mute the calls unless I turn off notifications. Not ideal
