AdsDeviceHate itSpendingSetting up my internet with Xfinity was infuriating. They pushed endless mobile data ads, despite me declining multiple times. When I moved in, the app—required for setup—didn’t work. My laptop wasn’t an option, so I spent an hour battling a useless chatbot and automated phone menus. The only saving grace was the kind rep who eventually fixed it. Otherwise, this would be a 1-star review. Fix your app.

NetworkSpendingXfinity used to be great when we first moved in about 10 years ago. Since then it's gotten a lot more expensive, service is not as good as it used to be (I pay for 800mb and I only get about 500 to 600) Our internet service goes up and down all the time for no reason. The (new) wifi/ modems don't reach out as far as the old one so they so they want to sell us these pods to extend the service and when the Internet goes down the pods die and don't reconnect. I'm out of space or I would write more

BugsHate itAt it's best, the app is a shell the gives the appearance that you can manage your account with it. You cannot. Any attempt to change anything about your account will conveniently result in an error message forcing you to call Xfinity, which, as you are already aware, is a miserable and useless experience.
