BugsHate itSpendingGreed made this app worse. I paid for the annual subscription in 2023, and then it changed to monthly before my year was up. I canceled because of the short notice of me paying monthly and disregarding my annual subscription. After that, more options I liked and was willing to pay for later started to disappear. Now, the responses are repeating, which made no sense. Genie started out as a really good app and a great annual subscription. Now, it is slow, expensive, and glitches.

UpdatesIncredible tool for creative minds! So many things can be achieved when using the right tools for the right job!!! ###update: As a pro member, it's infuriating how often the app bogs down with requests and is unable to respond. Unless resolved, this issue will stop my upcoming renewal, as it's not worth paying money for inconsistency with the available better funded ai tech with better distribution and access availability to meet demands of paying clients.

BugsNetworkSpendingThe app is currently showing a blank screen upon opening, rendering it unusable. Adding the ability to read and edit PDF/Word files would be beneficial. A search function for keywords,phrases, or topic in recent chats, the option to save chats when closing the app, and removing the character limit for paid users would enhance user experience. *Now the app reads no internet connection at all times. Can't use it. Can't find support. I won't be renewing, it's a bummer.
