    I really like the app so far. I've been doing the Tai chi exercises. My only wish is that some of the more complicated moves could be split off into really slow practice sessions, showing two people demonstrating, one facing like you have, and one facing at least partially away, so you can see the motions from the back. Connecting heaven and earth, and sending qi, for example, were talked through fast enough that it left me behind, trying to figure out where my hands were supposed to be.

    The poses are doing a good job at covering the whole body, but on several of the poses, I feel rushed and don't really get a chance to do the stretch it's supposed to give us. I think slowing it down would be more beneficial for stretching. Also, since I'm more visual, I find myself working in opposition; left side when she says right, right side when she says left. Sometimes, it's confusing since I don't know if I should be using my outside leg or my inside leg on certain poses.

    The program is tailored to each individual's needs and limitations. You can give feedback after each session as to the difficulty of the session for you. I enjoy doing the chair yoga as it relaxes me, makes my body more flexible and improves my self-esteem. I feel as though I'm doing something to improve my overall health and mobility. I've had 4 back operations, a right knee replacement, a right Achilles tendon repair and 2 operations on my left foot. My mobility is better already!
