    Love itPricing

    Just got this app and already love the aesthetic 💗 Pros: Love the recommended stretches, the pre-made routines that tell you how long it will take, the variety of stretches, and how it teaches you how to perform the stretches. Cons: you can only do one stretch routine a day and can't make your own routines without premium, which seems very limited. Overall I really like this app and would consider paying for premium as it's only 23 USD a year, but I think the free version is too limited.

    I get really tense shoulders and following these stretches has helped. The sessions are short and the video and written instructions easy to follow. Plus, you can customize your own stretch sessions by choosing which stretches you want to add and how long you want them to be. Great app! Great way to take a quick work break to do something that helps my body move and feel better.

    Yeah, it's absolutely not worth paying any money for. It's just a list of stretches for different things like Tech Neck, Hips, Posture, etc. Stuff that you can just Google. So if you want the full functionality of this app, just Google "stretch routine" and put a reminder on your phone to do it.
