Two things. First off, I had to make a new account but one my new one I don’t have the option for video preview. It’s literally not even in my settings, but then when I log back into my old account it’s there. Can someone please explain to me how this problem even occurs and how to fix it????? Also PLEASE give us more notification options. There is no way to turn off notifications sent to you by the actual tango accounts, they send promotional notifications for coins and stuff like that but I don’t want these types of notifications, please change that. Also please give us the option to have sound automatically on when we enter a live broadcast. It’s very annoying having to turn the sound on every time I enter a live or turn it back on when another user joins the live I’m watching. Also please update you guys’ desktop version of the app. Sometimes I have no choice but to use tango on safari but for the past few days it’s been constantly freezing and lagging on any live I watch. I’ve been doing this for a while and it used to work perfectly fine on desktop, now it’s almost unusable. PLEASE

I tried using Tango as a streamer and instantly hated it. I’ve noticed that this app has majority Hispanic women or women from other countries besides the United States. As a black girl, I’ve noticed some racism. I will do less than what A LOT of these girls on are doing and end up banned for 5-10 minutes. These girls show a lot of explicit material, and I’ve even seen something illegal be promoted while on here. I’ve gotten kicked off lives for doing less and I’ve gotten my account SUSPENDED as well. Customer service is nonexistent on here as I’ve had two separate chats I started and never got a response. I’ve made money on there and wasn’t able to transfer it before getting suspended. They also don’t have a option for United States streamers to transfer to a Visa card, because there’s no “United States” option when you go to enter your country. There’s too many issues and clear bias and racism on here. FIX IT TANGO & YOU’D BE A BETTER APP!

The customer service of this app is garbage man I got both of my account suspended indefinitely and they won’t tell me why I tried to verify the both accounts the first one before it got blocked so I created another and the al same thing happened not only that the blocked both of my phnes for the app and they have the audacity to say they didn’t blocked my devices not only that the keep telling me to send them an email regarding my concern so they can just ignored the email and never get back to me the first account within two months I spend more than $1500 and I was using it to stream and to gift the streamers and tango didn’t let me verify my account now my second account I didn’t put any money in the account and I ferias to verify my account on Saturday and now it’s Monday then send me a message their unable to verify my account right now and all of the sudden today at 3:10pm I get a message from tango saying that my account is suspended and to contact customer service for further assistance but what they really mean by that is to go screw yourself because where not going to answer any of your emails.
