■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!
■ And the Rest of the Day…
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!
Rest Your Very Best!

What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

Version 2.4.0
Hate itNetworkSpendingIt's a decent game, but I get frustrated having to spend 5 minutes of my morning clicking through things just to finish looking at results and such- or worse, skipping it in the morning and then having to do it right before bed. There's so many steps and it gets monotonous after a bit. I've still got it installed but haven't played in a week or two and feel better NOT having to worry about it in the morning, honestly. Also, not being able to play without wifi ruined a streak a while ago. Boo.

BugsFeature RequestsLove itNetworkUpdatesI love this app! It works well and is really fun. The sleep tracking doesn't work sometimes but it's not too big of an issue. However, I hate when I'll stop my sleep tracking and there'll be an update that I wasn't aware of. Then once I update the app, it'll say that my sleep data couldn't be found because "the app was closed", even when it wasn't. Edit: The next update should make this offline-capable; so many problems would be solved.

Version 2.4.0
Battery UsageFeature RequestsUpdatesI used to enjoy the app but so far in 2025 it has been messing up. The only way to catch Pokemon is to log sleep. If the app restarted in the middle of the night, no sleep is logged. No sleep, no Pokemon. I understand that updates and app maintenance need to happen but perhaps the middle of the night on a sleep tracker is a bad idea. I'm getting sick of waking up to a plugged in, fully charged phone with no sleep data.
