I'm having difficulty with this app, it won't let me listen, when I click to listen it brings me to the pay page. And when I click on the "monthly" square for $6.95 a box comes up on the bottom and say you have already paid. But it won't let me listen it just keeps doing that. My next payment isn't until next month. There is no customers service??? This is very frustrating!!! Looks like I'm goin to have to cancel, and I don't want to.

I would give this app 5 stars in a heartbeat, just because I love coast to coast. But there's some obvious issues. You can't search through the art bell tape vault, you can only scroll through a long list of episodes. Also, if you start an episode and then come back to it later, it should start from where you left off. Every other media player app has these features. If I'm wrong and just overlooking something, please let me know. 5 stars all the way if it's fixed

update 8/11/20: 5 months have passed since I posted my issue without a response. I have been a loyal C2C listener since the 1990s. I have paid for being a C2C insider since it was created. It is currently unusable. I will likely stop my subscription. :( 3/9/20: Using a Samsung S8 Android, the audio play is unusable. When the phone screen goes into sleep mode, the audio stops playing. This is not how the previous app worked. I will be cancelling my account if this doesn't get fixed.
