I have been arguing for 3 days with them because I never received my withdrawal. It says i takes up to 28 days for the withdrawal to go through so I waited and the money never posted despite never having had a problem before. I contacted them and after a whole day of back and forth they finally told me to restart the app and the money should be back in the account. So I did and still no money anywhere. The whole conversation I had with them got deleted when I restarted the app. Thankfully I had taken screenshots of everything.
