June 2021 fun game. Dec kinks seem to be worked out. July 2021 still fun. Aug 2022 still fun but all of a sudden the game "all that glitters" is gone note even put in locked mode for future levels to reach. Bummer...... forward to July 2023. Can't play the game unless I update the problem is I have two IPads and whеn I updated the older one my "money" I had аccumulated was not forwardеd to the new update. I don't care about the update it stinks!!!!!! No better than beforе. Mаd I can't just play the old way and kеep my balance. Finally updated second iPad whаt a MISTAKE!!!!!!! BugsHate itSpendingUpdatesWaitingI have been arguing for 3 days with them because I never received my withdrawal. It says i takes up to 28 days for the withdrawal to go through so I waited and the money never posted despite never having had a problem before. I contacted them and after a whole day of back and forth they finally told me to restart the app and the money should be back in the account. So I did and still no money anywhere. The whole conversation I had with them got deleted when I restarted the app. Thankfully I had taken screenshots of everything. I contacted them again and they told me that the withdrawal had been cancelled and I had used my credits. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I told them and sent the screen shots showing that had never been the case and they said the ticket had been escalated or whatever but thats what they had said the day before and their solution was turn it off and on again basically. At this point I have zero hope that I will be seeing that money Update: I gave up. I sent them all the screen shots and they continued to say i had spent the money on games yet when I asked for them to show me where they were seeing this they did not (again i could show that I didn’t). I decided to just give up and delete the app. Lost the money but whatever.

BugsCustomer ServiceHate itInaccurateSpendingOn my old account I encountered extensive glitching which cost me $70 when I reported it I was told there was nothing they could do about it because my learderboard IDs were not working due to this I asked them to permanently delete my account 3 months ago because things kept going wrong with it after 3 months of inactivity I created a new account expecting my old one to of been deleted and won $400 they disabled my account after I made a withdrawal and they told me that my new account was permanently deleted because I had multiple accounts when the truth is asked them to delete my old one and they did not do what I asked and thefore held there mistake against me and took everything I spent and made off this game this game prides itself on being fair to all player but how can that be when your taking money and accounts from people based off a mistake on their part I should not be held responsible for a support worker refusing to delete an account I asked to be deleted when I sent them proof of this they refused to acknowledge any mistake on their part I am now locked out the game and can never play again due to the support systems own negligence
