BugsUpdatesUpdate: it randomly began working again after 24-48 hrs. Still no response from tech support. Weirdest part is my phone has the app in a state of deep sleep, and it still says "enable" in the Play Store. Don't know if I trust what's happened on my phone (by whatever app), but Messenger is working again. Won't open, quit working, says there's a bug. I emailed support -> no response

BugsDifficultHate itThis app hardly ever works. Everything that I'm sent, videos, etc., will NOT play. I've googled for info on how to correct it, I've even unsubscribed and resubscribed and it still doesn't work. I can't play any videos, etc. It's just useless! The stores couldn't even make it work. I'm open to suggestions, ANYTHING!! It's as frozen as ice..

FamilyHate itNotificationsIt can be a great way to communicate with friends and family I normally wouldn't have contact info for. The last couple of weeks or so it's been spotty on whether or not my wife and I get notified when receiving messages or failing to send until we restart our phones and reopen it. It's been very frustrating and we're looking at finding alternatives that are more reliable because we can't not be in touch.
