I absolutely love temu. I have 3 things I don't like though: Shipping takes SOOOOOOO long, Like 2-3 weeks. They dont give credits for shopping a lot or leaving reviews like shein does. Last complaint is, the free gift ads they have are all bogus. They make you keep spinning and your always almost there but you'll never get to the last penny you need to get a free gift. But they have wonderful customer service, free returns, awesome stuff for sale. I've always loved ordering from them.

It's dumb to ONLY get deals by using the app! The app only takes up the very center of the screen on my laptop even though I changed the settings. I can hardly even read the item details like that. In order to actually see the items I have to exit the app and go straight to the website, but when I do that I can't take advantage of ANY of the deals temu keeps emailing me.

I have placed several orders over the past year. The quality of the items has always been good. The Delivery time is not the fastest, even some orders never arrived but we're so easy to get refunded at the tap of a button, there is no need to worry. )lus if they don't deliver on time they also issue a $5 credit no matter what. Shop confidently for items you want, but not if you need it immediately 👍
