Hate itNetworkThe app never loads for me anymore so I try to shop online, but it just kicks me back to the app. I get the home screen, but if I try to click on a category it just loads for forever. It said my Wi-Fi wasn't working so I took it off Wi-Fi (even though my Wi-Fi was working correctly) and that worked even worse, the home page couldn't load. I've struggled with this for over a month.

InaccurateLog InUpdatesJust once, I'd like to open this app and be able to login with zero effort. There is always some freakin issue causing me to reset passwords or update or both. Im constantly told my password is incorrect even when coming directly from the reset link. "Uh Oh! We werent able to complete your request, please try again" JUST SIGN ME IN. It's outrageous.

Customer ServiceFamilyLove itNetworkCAN'T RETURN IN STORES. Loved the app until I had to return an item. Make sure you quadruple check reviews for sizing. My son's a 5, and the sandals are extremely small. There's no returning in store, which makes zero sense. I have to ship back in a labeled box myself or drop off at a Staples? Weird, considering you can't just go to Old Navy. "Customer Service" disconnects if they're at fault instead of resolving the issue. Was 5 stars until this summer.
