3D Modeling App lets you easily design 3D content on the go using gestures on iPhone or iPad. No need to use the Apple Pencil, but you can, if you want to.

Tons of features:

1. Fast workflow:
- Move, Rotate, Scale objects and camera by gestures switching between them on the go.
- Easily multi-select Vertices, Edges, Faces and Objects by long tap or frame draw.
2. Vertex tools: Merge (Target merge, Collapse Edges, Collapse Faces), Connect, Create face by vertices.
3. Edge tools: Draw cut by single swipe or by set point by point, Cut loop (create new edge-loops), Select loop (also by double tap), Extrude, Delete, Select ring, Create face by border edge (fill the hole).

For iPhone, this is possibly the best 3D rendering app out there!!! I highly appreciate this app. I’m trying to practice 3D modeling for video game asset creation, and it is serving its purpose! I do have a request! It will be nice if I could mix material with textures. For example, I create an item that has a matte material, with a Voroni diagram texture. Also, I would like to have at least a simple volume shader. (This would be ideal for objects that glow or for something that has an outer coating, like a planet atmosphere.) A few built in textures would also be nice. Otherwise, great job!!! By the way, if you’re reading this and you wrote a review that says it is a hard app to use, try Blender 3D. That is what you call hard!!!

I understand that this isn’t the Blender team, but please consider increasing the polygon limit. It’s hard to do multi object scenes. Extrapolating from blender perf, seems each Gb of ram can handle about 250K polygons, way higher then the 100K polygon limit on my IPad 9th gen 3GB. If this isn’t possible, adding an automatic retopo option would be very helpful for importing models from elsewhere. Only complaint I have of the app. Other than perf issues like this overall it is very accessible and user friendly, and I’m sure as the team gets more experience and on average hardware gets faster extra scope could be added such as animation and physics. Most apps on the App Store for modeling are either horrible or have even worse monetization schemes. Honestly it only needs to improve a little bit for it to be parity with blender in most user cases. Unfortunately a low standard for 3D work on mobile but I can always hope for better.
