I don’t know if the app only works if you are in the same location or what the issue is but I have been trying to order cookies to be sent to my son’s dorm and the app just searches forever and never returns results. I have tried the street address, have tried starting with the dorm name, the school name, even just entered the city and it still can’t find anything. The website is worse and just returns a network error no matter what you type in. I set up an account on the app and now it won’t let me sign in because it says the captcha was not entered correctly. There is no captcha. The app is a piece of garbage. I don’t know who designed it but nothing about it works at all. I guess we won’t be sending Insomnia cookies and we will just use something else. Too bad because these are his favorite. This app is completely useless.

This app does not work and the website isn’t any better. I decided to try and change my payment method so I could renew my cookie magic. It won’t let me. The number pad just stays up instead of letting me confirm. So I went to the website. There’s no option to change my payment method on the website. So I added cookie magic to my cart. I added my payment method in the cart. I clicked “place order” on the cookie magic subscription “customer card cannot be found” I made the mistake of clicking again because it didn’t make sense; my card had money on it. I decided to check my bank account and they had put preauthorization charges on my account TWICE but did not renew my membership. It’s unacceptable that they make it so difficult to contact them about issues with the higher ups. Don’t use this app and maybe don’t even buy from the store.

Honestly, this is one of the worst apps I’ve used which is saying a lot in comparison to the awful games that come out sometimes. Unfortunately the app has too many problems to list, but I think the biggest one is that it actually doesn’t connect to your account at all, even when it says you’re signed in. In order to have your account working you need you email to be set up in your profile, yet you’re unable to add an email address even though it’s the only required piece of information. The cookie tracker doesn’t work at all. And recently, the app repeatedly says my card has been flagged for fraud when the purchase wasn’t even declined with my bank and it’s simply not true. It’s hard because the rest of the business is functioning well, but in this day and with their emphasis on delivery it’s hard when there’s no functioning mobile presence.
