The app is great for searching for items in stock and where I can find them once in store (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). The shopping cart (minus ⭐️⭐️⭐️) could use improvement. A save for later (and the corresponding “move to cart”) would be nice. So would the ability to do a bulk delete of items. But what needs the most improvement is the response time to the cart. My husband had several items in the cart that he wanted to consider later. Clicking on the item and adding to “my list,” wasn’t bad, but returning to the cart? Pause for the green circle for varying lengths of time before the cart appears. Then deleting the item generates another pause (varying length). Even if the entire process, from adding to the list, to returning to the cart, to deleting from the cart took on average 30 seconds, that’s TOO long since it’s PER ITEM. Hopefully future updates will include some improvements in this area. My hubby’s wish list would include a separate cart for deliveries vs in-store pick-up, but I think he’d be happy to manage his cart contents more efficiently! He does love how cart contents aren’t automatically deleted after a set time. 😁

Great app, but so tedious typing information on. I bought a Bluetooth keyboard for easier typing. If you have the time plan please please visit a store. I use the store in Nora anď the associates are knowledgeable in their area but will find a person in another departments. I went there expecting a good selection of bourbon but what I found was an entire aisle. I was"drunk” like a kid in a toy and candy store. Plan on spending a few hours (or more) in one department; all day for the whole store. Every thing is grouped by price and country of origin. Each selection has a printed description on the shelf. But the is more: a great selection of snacks, bar supplies and limited specials. Fortunately the is a grocery store next door and fast food and a great bar an grill in the same strip mall. Might as well make a getaway destination out of it. There is a nice extended stay suite motel a few minutes away. Have fun, drink responsibly.🙅🏼‍♀️🥂

However, my experience has been marred by frequent out-of-stock items and canceled orders due to inventory inaccuracies. Recently, I encountered a significant issue where my reward points vanished, along with several benefits I had earned as a loyal customer and grandmaster. Despite regularly spending thousands of dollars annually and actively participating in allocated whiskey selections, I've never received any allocated inventory—a disappointment considering my dedication to the store. Additionally, the curbside pickup experience is often hindered by customers who park in designated spots meant for pickup, impacting convenience. Total Wine Almaden has the potential to offer a stellar experience with some adjustments. Implementing measures to improve inventory accuracy and addressing curbside pickup oversights would greatly enhance customer satisfaction. Despite these challenges, the store's vast selection remains a compelling draw for patrons.
