I have been experiencing a persistent issue with the app's check-in feature. Despite attending and checking in for my classes, the app consistently fails to register my attendance. When I reach out to customer service, they only repeat the same information without offering any additional assistance. Customer support has informed me that I have XX missed classes remaining, but this reassurance doesn't address the fundamental problem: being inaccurately marked absent for classes I've attended. While I understand that technical issues can occur, this recurring problem significantly disrupts my user experience. If not resolved promptly, I may have to consider switching to alternatives like ClassPass, which better meet my needs. ClassPass has a straightforward check-in process, unlike this app, which is plagued by issues. Even if I attend the classes and check in with both the front desk and the app, Wellhub app still blame me for “not attending”. As a paying customer, I am left wondering what more I can do. I hope the developers can address this issue soon, as it currently hinders the app's usability for me.

Everything was fine until the most recent update. Can’t log in anymore (with newly update password). Not sure what went wrong. Edit: I have spent a long time trying to figure out what was the issue by I could not. I double checked my email address with my employer (we had a long and a short email name connected to the same email box, so I thought I made a mistake there) was correct. I tried to reset passwords. I tried to find the webpage version to log in. I tried to go to Reddit to see if its a general issue. I tried to read other reviews to see if it was a common problem. And most helpful way (reply from developer) seems to be exposing/complainting about issues publicly in ins or twitter. I deleted those app earlier trying to have a more meaningful and healthy life and I am so discouraged, disappointed, and disgusted by my experience with this app today. The worst part is that I can’t log in but I think I had my credit card info saved and hopefully they will not change my free plan to something else as I have no way to unsubscribe now.

I love the gym pass concept but there are lots of nuances that I wish were better. I live in an expensive area so the choices to studios that offer Pilates, Yoga, Stretching, Heated Sauna are very limited and require at least Gold or Platinum levels. I don’t really see value in all the other apps and virtual training and coaching. I really need you to focus on these premium offerings. Club Pilates for example limits which level and number of classes I can attend. I don’t have a landing page dashboard with my stats, check-in per studio (so I can see how many Pilates or yoga classes I’ve attended) and my favorites. I have to spend time searching for the same few studios I use regularly. So quite a bit can be improved in the current platform. Reading thru each studio’s policies and wavers is painful. I should be able to sign a waiver electronically via the service as well.
