I will start this by saying, I accept my blame where applicable. That being said, this company is a crock. I signed up for the trial, completely forgot I had the app, and then got a billed for renewal. So I started looking, for arguments sake, I was billed on the 10th, but it was not set to renew till on the 11th. So I cancelled the renewal and requested a refund, since it was before the actual renewal period and they billed me a day before, for the record no other app I have does this. I also get warnings that my bill will renew in “xyz” days on other apps. Not here. Customer service then said, they don’t do refunds and I’m supposed to cancel more than 24 hrs before renewal. Well, how about a warning? Instead they bill you, to screw you and then claim “your fault”. They then offered to give me 1yr free. Ok, so you won’t refund my 3 month $60-ish dollars, but you will eat an entire years worth of revenue???? No. They would rather die on the hill of eating revenue, than provide good customer service and use good business practices. They will not be getting my business and I hope any would be suckers that sign up for their “trial” period, be wary. They will not warn you, bill you, and then scam you. There are many fitness apps. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
