You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.
App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven’t updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.
For optimal performance, we recommend updating your device to iOS 15.2 or later. To check the latest list of compatible devices, please visit:

Version 1.5.1
AudioDeviceLevelLove itOticon provides a tremendous dashboard through which nearly all imaginable features of their wonderful hearing aids are fully configurable to meet your specific requirements, updatable on-the-fly whenever needed. The UI is intuitive and purpose-driven, and the pre-configured modes (e.g., “Speech in Noise”, “My Music”) provide the same level of functionality I’d expect from Apple’s newer AirPod/Max devices. I really liked my Oticon hearing aids, but now with their Companion app on my iPhone I can say that I truly love them!

BugsFeature RequestsNetworkUpdatesYou really need to find a fix for this problem. Since the new app my phone keeps disconnecting from the app. Over and over again. I need to restart my phone to reconnect to aids which when receiving a call means I need to disconnect my call. I complained many times when the new app came out but nothing has changed. I have seen only 1 app update in that time although you say you are always updating the app. I have complained to the VA about this many times and they say you will be updating soon . This is nothing new to them. I a due new aids in a few months from them and will not be getting Oticon because of the connection issues. Was told many of my fellow veterans are doing the same. It would behove you to find a fix sooner rather than later. This was my second set of Oticons it’s a shame to need to change brands for this connection issue. Please try to fix. Thank You

Version 1.5.1
AudioDifficultHate itI recognize the desire to keep things simple, however restricting the adjustments to 3 bands is disappointing. Many of us are primarily concerned with hearing people speak and it would be helpful to have 3 bands within the speech range itself. For example if I am having difficulty with the “s” sound I would like to increase the high end of speech. However if things sound “tinny” I would like to lower the high end or increase the mid and low range of speech. This would help me while in the field and allow providing my audiologist with more specific feedback on what is working for me. Thank you. Please consider adding an “advanced” configuration to support this idea.
