It's a solid 4 star app for me, because I've discovered that some of the information within the app is, a bit outdated and needs an immediate update. It's also limited in personal customization and doesn't offer much in terms of a.i. creation or, selection. Would love to see the development team implement more creative tools/features that would allow us to have more control over personal customization.

I subscribed to this app intending to use it on a weekly basis, but I was wrongfully charged for an annual subscription instead. I immediately contacted customer support three times, yet they have completely ignored my emails. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid addressing billing issues. If this is how they treat their customers, I cannot recommend this app. Fix your support and refund policies!

Accidentally installed because it was above my desired ai tool search result on Playstore. It was the 1st item due to it being a google ad. In-app unsubscribtion is not available. Learned unsubscribe can me done in Playstore. Sought help through in-app Contact menu, but it led to email creation with the To field missing. I was in panic because it felt like I was being scammed. Hope this message helps those in similar situation.
