BugsCameraDifficultThe platform that my doctor used before this was better, the UI was superior. I had a stroke 2 years ago this past november, so having a user-friendly UI is vital for me. I have my husband plug in information, which he did not have to do with the previous platform. DEV: I'LL TRY. Sometime in the next couple days I'll have my husband pull it up so I can see the problem areas but sending a message to my doctor is not obvious or easy. And changing the photo is difficult too. I'll email if I can. 👍

Log InNotificationsThe UI is an issue that I have discussed with my primary care physicians hospital. MyChart is a mess. I've talked to some of the staff they say, yeah we know. It's a maze .. I get a notification, you go okay you log in, then it's like where is it? It could be in one of any number of half a dozen places. And years worth of past messages that you have no way of removing or otherwise marking as read. So, it's got issues. The developer apparently knows it's a mess.

Version 11.2.4
Feature RequestsI am having trouble with "trending results." Specifically, I had a PSA done at the beginning of January, and again yesterday. The same with a percentage of free PSA. Even though I selected "all results," it only shows the labs from this year. Actually, I should have results going back for many years. If I scroll back specifically to one of these old lab draws, and trend it, I get a graph that shows many years -but does not include the 2025 results! Did Epic change? Why can't I display my trend
