The new layout is AWFUL. It's slow. Trying to navigate the top menus feels like a chore because sometimes your clicks don't register. Update also didn't save my card and delivery details. Also, where did the "contactless delivery" option go and texts?? UPDATE: Now when I place an order, the app freezes, and charges my card but gives me no delivery information?????

The old app worked just fine. I could open it, order food, and check out in about 1 minute. The new app is a horrible user experience. It jumps around, punishes you terribly for the wrong click, it doesn't keep you logged in, it didn't store my credit card information, and there is a frustrating delay on every tap. There was nothing wrong with the old interface.

The people and the food are totally fine. No one did anything, but the way the app is set up is atrocious. Can't see half of the options, and when you go to up your card information in, you gotta click on it. Then you gotta make sure your phone number is correct. Oh, and if you want certain deals, they do pop up in the deals tab, but for example, the whole melt with a 20z drink doesn't properly discount and doesn't show up in your order tab. It's incredibly frustrating, but again, just the app.
