AudioLove itUpdatesWaitingNice combo of light hearted and serious, good guidance, encouragement, and makes it possible to try meditating more consistently. Update: 12/21- haven't made it as consistently, but it's always there waiting, one touch away from 10 + minutes of soothing quiet. I find it much easier to follow a guided meditation, with ample open/quiet moments within it, than to just sit on my own, in my own head. Adds variety, and different possibilities.

Love itI continue to LOVE and rely on 10 % . (I will never call it happier). It keeps me on track. It is my gift to myself and pays me triple dividends. I have learned so much about myself and it has really impacted my daily life. I love the variety of courses, singles and podcasts. No matter what is going on, I can find something that suits me. I listen to some courses over and over and it cements my understanding and experience. Love it, love it, love it.

BugsHate itThe best meditation app I've come across. The sessions have different guides, all of whom are warm and genuine. I don't feel stupid or outcast or like I'm a slow learner. I've had problems with feeling like that before when attempting mediation. I know that now, because I succeeded with meditation. Give it a try. It's working.
