The app's interface is overcrowded, with excessive content per tab, making it difficult to navigate (not user-friendly). Additionally, it lacks a trial option, which would allow new users to explore/evaluate the subscription features before committing to a purchase. Is there even a tailored fitness plan feature & I had to update my profile (several times) after subscribing. This experience has been disappointing & has raised concerns about the app's value. Only had it for a day, waste of money!

Excellent app, but the marketing jerks need to cut it out with pushing elite already. If I wanted to sign up, I would, and no amount of spam or mid workout interruptions will convince me to pay for features I don't want or even need in the first place. I am exploring alternatives though, so good job with that guys.

Have used this app for 13+ years. I don't understand some of the changes - better in the early years. Scroll wheel for entering reps/sets is gone for some reason. I swear I had 75K iron points at one point a few years ago, but now have 58K? I hate the new sync when finished. It was slow on both 5G UW and gigabit Wi-Fi - now there's even more steps that take forever? And PLEASE stop pushing Elite so hard. It's in the way and obnoxiously repetitive - I bought the app to reduce ads, even your own.
