Customer ServiceInaccurateUpdatesThe app has the wrong phone number. It's an older number. This means I can't sync because it's sending the code to the old number. I never added the phone # and I can't find where to change it. Not obvious at least. I tried contacting customer support but their form wants the order number... Amazon has my correct phone number. It tracks all my other orders. Just not Amazon, so I updated my rating. Still concerned about the inability to see all personal information that the app clearly has.

DifficultGot fed up with the Shop app, so I installed Route to track all my packages. So far so good, but I have one big suggestion; let us add a package name (for orders manually added OR for orders automatically added that need their name changed)! Not having names for packages makes it difficult to track and differentiate multiple packages that are shipped with the same carrier. Otherwise a good app!

UpdatesVery good app. I like the ability to use whatever email address I want for tracking unlike another I've used in the past that only uses Google or Outlook accounts. The only issue I see is the tracking updates and estimated deliveries. The carriers give scheduled delivery dates when I check the website, but your app is mostly stuck on awaiting estimate. Another issue is the tracking updates. Getting updates is not up to date with carrier tracking updates. Still my go-to app.
