Habe mir das Billigpaket von Total AV für Windows gegönnt. Bei der Auswahl wurde ich auf die freie Scanfunktion von Handy und iPad hingewiesen. Leider taugt die SW auf Handy und iPad nix. Außer Bild scannen funktioniert nix. Für die VPN Funktion wollen sie sofort Geld, € 60 haben. Ha, ha, was ist das denn für eine Abzocke ?????

Das hatte ich im Netz gefunden: Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist dein Total AV Abo digital zu kündigen. Hierfür kannst du das Total AV Kündigungsformular nutzen. Fülle dieses mitdeinen persönlichen Angaben inklusive deiner Kundennummer aus und wähle die gewünschte Kündigungsart – ordentliche Kündigung oder Kündigung aus wichtigem Grund – aus. Im Anschluss an deine Online-Kündigung solltest du eine Kündigungsbestätigung per E-Mail erhalten. Ist dies nicht der Fall, dann wende dich an den Total AV Kundenservice. Das Kündigungsformular ist nicht leicht zu finden: Auf der Total AV Webseite muss man schon genau suchen und wird dann ganz unten rechts unter dem Link zum Impressum fündig. Hier hat man auch die Möglichkeit das Abo zu widerrufen, sofern man sich noch in der gesetzlichen Widerrufsfrist von 14 Tagen befindet. Es hat keine Stunde gedauert, da war mein Geld wieder auf meiner Paypal App rückerstattet. Leider ist es nicht möglich über den App Store zu kündigen, da sollte nachgebessert werden… hoffe ich konnte einigen weiterhelfen

Wir haben uns für das Abo entschieden, da es gerade runtergesetzt war. Leider kamen wir damit nicht wirklich gut zurecht und hatten direkt am Anfang technische Schwierigkeiten. Da der Sitz der Firma leider in Amerika bzw. England ist, waren die Antworten auf meine Emails nicht immer ganz zufriedenstellend aufgrund der Sprachbarrieren (Emails wurden auf deutsch geschrieben und Antwort kam ebenfalls auf gebrochenem deutsch zurück). Sie haben außerdem in jeder Email versucht mich zu überreden weiterhin Kunde zu bleiben, obwohl ich schon zuvor mehrfach erwähnt habe, dass ich mit dem Programm nicht zurecht komme. Letztendlich gab es nach einer sehr deutlichen Mail meinerseits dann aber das Geld zurück, da es eine 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie gibt. Der Service an sich ist also nicht schlecht, nur leider ist das Programm nichts für uns. Daher 2 Sterne.
