This app is very slow. I tap on an item and it takes about 7 to 10 seconds to load the details on the item. It's not Wi-Fi speed dependent, either. I've had the same experience in store on theyie Wi-Fi. I think it's just poorly programmed. This is on a brand new phone with an 8 core processor with 16 GB of RAM. As somebody that spends at least $20k/year at HD very frustrating to have such a poor app experience. But at least it's better than the Lowe's app!

When I click on an item, all the information is displayed correctly, except the images of the product. It happens to every single product. The app has been upgraded 3 or 4 times, and the problem persists. I have uninstalled it, cleared the cache, installed it again, and nothing solves the problem. I have been using Lowe's instead of Home Depot to research what I need before I head to the store. Even though Home Depot is considerably closer to my house, I go to Lowe's for all my needs.

Your app is ridiculously slow. I will be uninstalling and using your website on my laptop from now on. Horrible app. It takes forever to shop. It takes forever to load and move from page to page. It's frustrating and ridiculous! I'm guessing no one monitors it to fix it. I just used your website and it took me less than 2 minutes to finally view my cart and make my purchase. Fix your app or junk it.
